The collection of warehouse data information is gradually changes from manual work to various types of data collection terminal. Compared to troditional manual recording way, data collection terminal save time and cost, and reduce the error rate. However, most companies’ transmission mode is still in the wired stage.     Four-Faith ZigBee products mainly applied in data transmission layer of the system, in ZigBee network topology, the layer is mainly composed of ZigBee coordinator device, routing device and various types of collection terminal, ZigBee module etc.
    Coordinator device is responsible for the entire network initialization, determine ZigBee network ID, provide data correction, integration and other processing; through serial port to realize data communication with host computer of warehouse management center; select different number of sub nodes for data monitoring.
    Routing device is used to absorb routing relay in the network, to realize multi-hop of ZigBee network.
    Major functions of collection terminal: to complete automatically record and transmission of warehouse products in and out, and transmission of warehouse goods statistics, child node low voltage alarm, automatically collection and transmission of warehouse environment information.

Card Reader collectes the tag data, first sends the data to the connected router, then router sends tag data together with Card Reader to the master node for storage through multi-hop ZigBee network, the master node sends Parameter configuration command of Card Reader back to itself through the communication with router, later location node device entering powe save mode; when the master node makes a command to sub nodes, can wake up location node device, by looking for the network address of sub nodes to send the command to the router by multi-hop network, than sent the command to the corresponding Card Reader through the router, finally the router will send the confirmation notice of receiving the command to the master node. The data of warehouse uploaded to monitoring center computer for analysis and storage through the data transmission network.
